Nevertheless, like all things these dreams get bogged down by ‘The Process’. Forming the business, getting the EIN, looking for insurance, signing up with a bank, possibly getting a loan, looking for a location, on and on and on… My goal with Kuma Filings is to make at least one of those steps easier if I can. I designed Kuma Filings to be as straight forward as possible for this very reason. There is no username or password to remember, no spam emails clogging up any inboxes, no phone calls blowing up a phone and no upselling any services. Someone wanting to begin a business can see exactly what a form asks for without a single drop of information given first. The pricing and process are both upfront and our support email is always open for any questions, comments or concerns anyone has.
On a random personal note, I have never personally seen a wild bear in Texas despite knowing they’re around. As shocking as it is, the duo of mascots in the footer are not real bears, but rather my two cats in bear hats. Who doesn’t like cats in bear hats? Since Kuma means bear I thought it was only fitting to have them wear some bear hats and partake in my Kuma Filings adventure like they partake in my every day life around the house. I hope that everyone enjoys them as much as I do.”
Kuma Filings is Texas-born and dedicated to assisting everyday people who want to lift their business to the next level. Kuma Filings is also able to provide Limited Liability formation services for states outside of Texas, though our specialty remains with the lone star state. Whether freshly starting out or switching from a sole proprietorship to an LLC, Corporation or Nonprofit, Kuma Filings has made it our goal to be a source of knowledge and stress relief for entrepreneurs all over. The small team involved in this process have a wealth of experience in the field and are excited to address any inquiries or concerns in regards to filings with the Secretary of State. While Kuma Filings is available for anything regarding the state filing process and offer experienced-based guidance with forms, our filing support team is not a replacement for a Lawyer, Certified Public Accountant, Tax Expert or other advice-yielding professional.

Any payment is subject to refund upon request if it is within 30 days of purchase and the filing has not yet been submitted and accepted by the state. Many filings are able to be stopped and refunded if the state has not yet processed them. Please note that some filings are not able to be stopped once submitted due to how the state operates, even if not yet accepted, and therefore cannot be refunded once submitted.
