Arizona LLC Formation

Arizona requires that all new LLCs publish a Notice of Publication in the local newspaper within 60 days of business formation. The form to use for this is sent to you once your Articles of Organization have been approved. This notice must be published in three consecutive issues, however if your Registered Agent is located in Maricopa or Pima County, the ACC will publish notice of your LLC for you so that you can bypass this step completely.

Arizona LLCs do not owe an Annual Report. Instead, LLCs are considered “pass-through” entities for the federal level and do not file state taxes.
