Registered Agent Service
& Change of Agent Filing Form
This form will allow Kuma Filings to enroll you into Registered Agent service and update that information on the state record. Initial pricing include the filing fee with the state and the cost of Registered Agent service. The service will be $35 per year following this initial payment.
Important: You will receive two emails. The first will be your agent information which is available for you to keep for your records. The second email will be your login information to access your registered agent account.
