A Registered Agent will receive any state mail or legal correspondence addressed to your business, such as a lawsuit or state related notice. You will receive an email with your new Registered Agent details which you can save for your records. When a piece of mail is received for your business the Registered Agent will digitally upload a copy to your account so you can access it. Registered Agent service also comes with the use of the address for your business, which includes any address spaces on the state record, as well as with the IRS.
