EIN Form with no SSN

If you have a SSN, you must provide it to the IRS. This form is specifically for individuals who have never been issued a SSN or ITIN.

The form filed with the IRS requires a signature, meaning that before submission Kuma Filings will reach out via email to obtain the signature from the hiring party.

Attention:
Once mailed to the IRS a tracking number will be provided to the hiring party to monitor the shipment progress. The IRS usually takes a few weeks to approve the EIN request, then they will mail out the paperwork to the mailing address listed on the form above. This means that once the form is mailed out Kuma Filings no longer has control over the EIN process, however if for some reason there is a rejection Kuma Filings can resubmit at no additional cost.
